TERMS OF SALE

My Herbs Store reserve the right to accept or deny any order after placement, at our sole discretion.

DENIAL AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

My Herbs Store reserve the right to deny and cancel orders anytime after placement, for any reason, at our sole discretion. You will be notified by email, to the email address given during checkout of the decision made by My Herbs Store to cancel your order. Should your order be cancelled, My Herbs Store will not be obligated to fulfill/ship your order. After cancellation has taken place, My Herbs Store will return the money exchanged, back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please pay attention to the fact that it may take up to 14 days for a refund to be made.
Orders may be denied and cancelled in whole, or in part by My Herbs Store for any the following reasons (though not limited to):

• • Limited product quantities available to fulfill your order
• • Inaccuracies or errors related to product within your order
• • Suspected intent to resell
• • Shipping to any of following locations: warehouses, freight forwarding businesses, hotels/motels
• • Product Recalls, affecting an item within your order
• • Issues determined by My Herbs Store’ fraud prevention department

Our customers have an opportunity to cancel their orders within 4 hours after payment is made.
It is not recommended to request a refund after the indicated period of time as orders are in the queue of being shipped.
We will be unable to cancel your order 4 hours after your paying for the product.

PRICING

All the product prices listed on the site do not include shipping fees. The total price of an item sold by I-Herbs is seen when checking out.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to to the USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, European countries, except Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Finland.
The shipping time is usually 14-28 business days after the sent day.
The shipping of each order takes from 2 to 3 working days. Unfortunately, the delivery may take a little longer because of a delay at customs, which does not depend on our delivery service.
That is why we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order in time. The package may be also delivered earlier than the period mentioned above.
You may always use your tracking number to get updates on your delivery. But please keep in mind that it will not provide step by step tracking, it will show departure and later on delivery.

In case you have not got your order within 30 working days - our company guarantees money back or a free of charge re-shipment of your order according to our Refund Policy.
Please, notify us about any problem with your order soonest possible not later than within 6 months from a shipment date. After 6 months from the shipment day it is not possible to make reshipment or refund.
