This site can be accessed from all territories of the United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, as well as from other European countries. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of the United Kingdom by accessing this site, you agree that all matters relating to access to, or use of, the site, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. You also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the United Kingdom and acknowledge that you do so voluntarily. You are responsible for complying with your own local laws. My Herbs Store is a website which acts only as an intermediary and markets, and sells supplements on behalf of European suppliers, which is a subject to state and federal laws. We are not able to take back the products after they were dispatched. The purchases of healthcare merchandise are non-exchangeable.

If you would like a refund, please notify us directly instead of contacting your credit card company. We can not offer a refund if you first make a claim directly with your credit card company.

As any internet company we suffer a lot from chargebacks and try to do everything in our power to keep chargeback level as low as possible.

This situation forces us to implement strict policy regarding chargebacks.

If a customer makes a chargeback, he/or she is getting blacklisted and cannot reorder with us until the chargeback is paid with penalty. Unnecessary refunds create the same issues. So if a customer requests 2 refunds in succession, he/or she will be blacklisted as well.

To avoid such problems we ask you to contact us directly and allow us to solve any issue you may have. We realize that not all situations can be solved with standard scheme and will gladly provide an individual approach to your problem.

My Herbs Store will only provide a refund or any other compensation not later than within 6 months from the shipment date.
